During my time at Infinity Creative Agency (ICA), I supported the Evergreen Seeding List for multiple different accounts, including Prada, Tacha, Bondi Sands, SweetTooth, Sephora, Valentino, Kristen Ess and more by evaluating, and sourcing influencers based on strong audience alignment and performance metrics. I was responsible for calculating engagement rates for each creator, building a scalable list that prioritized authenticity and attainable performance benchmarks. My goal was to ensure every selected influencer exceeded a 1% engagement rate—a relevant target given Tacha’s existing creator strategy and the need to maximize impact from gifted product. I completed the full sourcing and engagement analysis within a single day, delivering ICA an organized, insight-driven list that informed ongoing seeding and relationship-building efforts.
